The optional plywood board - the rightmost element in the picture - is sold separately (it does NOT come with this cushion). Sunrise Medical's "Ballistic Stretch" cover comes with this J2 wheelchair cushion. An "Air Exchange" or "Incontinent Resistant" cover may be substituted as indicated above in the cover options.
