The optional plywood board - the rightmost element in the picture - is sold separately (it does NOT come with this cushion). The optional drop seat hardware (used to lower the cushion below the standard seat height) does NOT come with this cushion. Sunrise Medical's "Ballistic Stretch" cover comes with this J2 Deep Contour wheelchair cushion. An "Air Exchange" or "Incontinent Resistant" cover may be substituted as indicated above in the cover options.
